REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept refunds or returns.
Our exchange policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Replacement Of Damaged Items
We will replace the wallpaper that has been damaged during manufacturing or shipping. Please send your order number and pictures of the damaged wallpaper to hello@iwallpaper.store, and we will respond within 3 business day to arrange a replacement and provide instructions for the return of the damaged wallpaper.
Refunds
As all our wallpapers are made to order and we offer many different designs, colors, and size variations for your convenience, we do not offer refunds.
Exchange Of Items
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@iwallpaper and send your item to SIA Monetic, Jekabpils 12, Rīga, LV-1003, Latvia.
We will also replace items if we have sent you the product that differs from what you have ordered: size, color name, pattern.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order during weekdays 1 hour after completing the order. Orders can be canceled by sending your order number and cancellation request to hello@iwallpaper.store
